MEET ALLISON PADILLA
In a continuously evolving landscape, where the physical and digital worlds collide, Principal & Creative Director Allison Padilla’s futuristic, data-driven, and customer centric creations are a stand out above the crowd.
She holds a B.S. in Commerce from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, in addition to studies in International Business at Imperial College London, U.K.
A seasoned Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 Software Sales Executive of Salesforce and Oracle, she leverages strong business acumen and project management skills, with a consultative approach to solving her customers’ physical and digital design challenges.
From product launches to enterprise software portfolios of 500+ SKUs, Allie has led some of the industry’s top digital transformation projects at Oracle, Salesforce and Pegasystems. Allie and her team have also led design thinking workshops for key Enterprise organizations resulting in scalable Proof of Concepts.
Allie truly believes that to be creative we must travel across other cultures, and that the right mix is ‘compelling’- not chaotic. She draws upon her life in Beverly Hills, time in San Francisco, London, and travels in the South of France, Monaco and Mallorca when putting pen to paper.
Padilla was featured in the September issue, and honored by The Beverly Hills Living Magazine in the Fall of 2023 as a ’40 Under 40′ for her innovative leadership in tech advertising, transformative advertising sales strategies at Foundry (An IDG, Inc. Company) and impactful community service in Los Angeles.
